We began in 2002 as C2P Group, LLC, delivering full service retained physician searches, however we realized the model of the retained search was inherently flawed. In 2006, we began offering physician sourcing for hospitals and clinics in all specialties. Clients liked getting qualified, interested candidates, screened and ready to have a real conversation about job opportunities. They appreciated being treated as the experts on their own facilities, communities and opportunities.
We have enjoyed success in Primary Care and realized the importance of this market. In 2010, we specialized in Primary Care, understanding the critical impact it will play in the delivery of healthcare going forward.

Our database of candidates has evolved from over 10 years in the industry. Our experience comes from years of seeing what does not work and honing our skills into what does. Throughout 2011-2012 we refined our model, spending time and resources expanding and improving our resources and software. The primary care market and search for candidates is no longer local. Candidates are searching nationwide and the physician shortage is migrating from a rural problem to a national problem. Our clients are the best and brightest, and they realize that they need a national marketing campaign and full time sourcing resources. We are that resource.
We take the chaos out of the market and return qualified candidates to our clients.
Candidate Advisors are responsible for contacting candidates in their assigned specialty and presenting the opportunities available with Inline clients. They must become an expert in their assigned specialty and will talk to virtually every physician or mid-level currently looking for employment. A high volume of outbound calling will be required.
The Account Manager position is a leadership position. Each individual Account Manager is responsible for a specific portfolio of the Inline Group's clients. Account Managers are also responsible for directing candidate flow to their accounts. The Account Manager is the face and voice of the company.
Under the direction of their senior counterpart, a Search Consultant will be responsible for proactive outbound prospecting, lead activity management, with the goal of qualifying prospects from lead status into the sales pipeline. This person will be an integral part of the Marketing Team, and will assist in the identifying and execution of new business development leads for their Inline Group Marketing Consultant/Director/VP. A high volume of outbound calling will be required.
Marketing Consultants are responsible for marketing and growing their assigned territory by cultivating existing relationships and generating new ones. They do this by making phone calls, attending meetings and association shows, and executing marketing campaigns in their territory. They must have a proven track record of consistently meeting goals and growing a book of business. Industry experience, while ideal, is not required. This is not an entry level position.
Part-Time (30 Hours per week) Accounting Assistant needed to perform the following functions: prepare invoices, make deposits, pay bills, run payroll for multiple companies on varying payroll schedules. Throughout the month many tasks are performed on an "as needed" basis such as new account and new hire set-up in QuickBooks, office supply inventory and order placement. In addition the position also handles special projects as needed for the Controller. Must be proficient in Excel and a working knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful but not necessary, ten-key by touch required. Must also have an attention to detail and be able to multi-task. Flexible working hours but must be willing to be in the office every day. $14 - $15 per hour.
