Our origin story

A long time ago around the turn of the millennia, our company launched in Dallas as a full-service, retained physician recruiting firm. 

But it didn’t take long before we realized the model didn’t work.

There had to be a better way. You asked for change. Other industries had unleashed the power of technology to overcome impossible problems. Could our challenges be met with the same approach?

We set finding candidates who wanted you as much as you wanted them — not fees or commissions — as our North Star. Then we applied the promise of technology and our iron-will to achieve, and pioneered a new path that didn’t exist before to finding and filling your positions.

Since then, we’ve been doing the unimaginable — solving unsolvable healthcare staffing problems for primary care, behavioral health and urgent care providers and facilities across the country.

For us, it’s always personal. And there’s a reason why. We've been where you are. We tried to sell the old retained services to your hospital or clinic.
